    The Customer Solutions Consultant is paramount to creating an effortless customer experience for Barwon Water customers and is responsible for providing the highest quality support by understanding customer needs and identifying appropriate solutions.
    This role will be responsible for responding to customer queries through a variety of channels, primarily over the phone. Our customers’ privacy is most important to the Customer Solutions Consultant, and you will exhibit excellent levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
