Description

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service, coupled with a positive attitude and customer centric ethos!
“In return, you will be part of an engaging and supportive work environment that offers a primarily work-from-home arrangement, with on-site attendance required (in most cases) just two days per month.”
You will be available to work on rotating roster from 6am –10pm (Monday - Sunday), predominately shift starts in the afternoons

As a key member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for –

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Raise & dispatch service requests on our Defence contract
  • Provide accurate and detailed data into Work Management System
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Contribute to the success of our business!
