• Proficiency in RIP software, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and basic computer networking.
• Prior experience in the printing or textile industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology, Printing, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel regionally for training, customer support, and events.

• Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations of solutions to customers.
• Provide installation support, hands-on training, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Research market trends and explore emerging technologies for business adoption.
• Train, mentor, and assess regional engineers on equipment, RIP software, Adobe tools, and color management.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to manage customer projects and produce samples.
• Support marketing initiatives including trade shows, events, and showroom activities.
