PacWest Machinery is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) to support its construction equipment branches in Pasco, WA. The CSR will be a liaison responsible for managing customer relationships, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
PacWest Machinery provides a full line-up of heavy machinery covering general production, aggregate processing, road, and utility equipment from well-known companies including Volvo Construction, Metso Minerals, GOMACO, Atlas Copco, Tymco, Etnyre, Yanmar and others. The company delivers comprehensive sales, rental, leasing, parts and services in Washington, Oregon and Northern Idaho. QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 4 years relevant product experience in same or related industry required
· Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience required
· Experience within a heavy truck, commercial, or capital equipment OEM or dealer
· Proven track record of commercial results
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Professional and courteous attitude towards all team members
· Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
· Analytical mindset with ability to utilize market data to build strategies
· Parts & Service sales competency
· Demonstrates passion for the business with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.
· High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Training or Associates Degree preferred
· Valid Driver’s License required
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software required
· Proficiency in English; Spanish/French proficiency a plus
· Proficiency in Mathematical skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base plus incentive with an expected range of $75,000 - $110,000
