WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work on-site handling inbound customer inquiries. You’ll support existing clients, provide information about products and services, and help resolve any issues or concerns, all while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responding to inbound calls from Reliance customers
  • Answering questions about WH/HVAC products and protection plans
  • Assisting customers with grievances, service appointments, and account updates
  • Providing exceptional service and support with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Upselling or offering value-added services where appropriate
