· Represent Instukem positively and professionally to clients ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Grow and maintain a portfolio of existing accounts while prospecting new opportunities.
· Provide expert support and personalized advice to clients.
· Manage the full sales process, from opening client files to signing rental contracts.
· In collaboration with our strong team of technicians, coordinate the installation and maintenance of our equipment (dishwashers, dispensing systems)
· Provide emergency service outside business hours on a rotating schedule.
· Follow up on overdue accounts and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to help Instukem continue its forward momentum.
