Description

FieldBridge Energy is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Radnor, PA, to work for the world leader in gases, technologies, and services for Industry.
Pay/Schedule: $28/hr. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. At 45 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,330/wk gross.

JOB SUMMARY

The eBusiness Support Specialist will provide first-level technical support for Airgas eBusiness Solutions, working closely with internal and external customers. This role focuses on identifying and troubleshooting end-user concerns related to Airgas.com and Airgas SupplySync platforms, including punchout and digitally integrated customer issues. You will also perform administrative tasks such as registration activities, documenting processes, and completing assigned duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform first-level technical triage and troubleshooting for eBusiness Solutions customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to internet browsers and eCommerce platforms
  • Complete registration activities and administrative duties accurately
  • Document information and processes for internal tracking
  • Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and resolve outages
  • Adapt to new assignments and work effectively under pressure

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or 3+ years equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience, preferably in eBusiness or eCommerce
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or Hybris is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with internet browsers
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening ability
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to perform well under tight deadlines and pressure
