Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will partner with Western Australia’s largest electricity generator and retailer of gas and electricity, providing assistance during various customer scenarios. Your expertise will be crucial in efficiently managing the disconnection and reconnection of electricity services, handling inquiries related to new connections, solar solutions, and billing concerns, as well as overseeing processes such as payment plans, direct debits, and meter readings.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Handle inbound and outbound contacts (as required) within the required time frame
  • Arrange payment plans
  • Manage customer direct debits
  • Meet required standards of quality
  • Meet attendance requirements in line with contract and company policies
  • Others KPI’s as required

ROLE DETAILS:

  • Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Rotating Roster
  • No weekends or public holidays!
  • Multiple casual and full time opportunities.
  • Must be available for 3 weeks of full-time paid training to set you up for success (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:45pm)

  • Complete a National Police Clearance
  • Have full work rights to work within Australia for at least 12 months
