YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in energy management, economics, computer science, engineering or other industry-relevant fields (Master’s, MBA, or comparable degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in the renewable energy industry, in business development, sales, product management, or corporate strategy as well as experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
  • Enthusiasm for the digital and IT world, with a strong technical understanding and willingness to learn in new areas
  • Fluent in English, German or other languages are an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high customer orientation, proactive can-do mentality, creative drive, and strategic foresight
  • Passion for testing and building new business ideas in the energy sector, independently and leading cross-functional teams
  • Structured and focused working style that helps your team achieve its goals
  • Ability to communicate transparently and effectively within your international team and with various stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Lead the agile and customer-centric realization of new business model ideas, adapting continuously to market and customer requirements
  • Identify and translate customer needs into new value propositions, solution concepts, product and service requirements and develop monetarization and implementation strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners from several internal departments to enhance solution ideas iteratively
  • Design and validate initial solution prototypes in collaboration with actual customers
  • Promote user-centered approaches (e.g. Design Thinking, Lean Startup) and institutionalize agile practices
  • Oversee and coordinate sprint and task management, ensuring alignment with team goals and milestones
  • Strategically plan and align budget and resource needs with the leadership team
