The role
Join our ambitious CXM strategy team and help shape the future of customer experiences! As a Customer Strategy Consultant, you’ll develop and implement digital customer experience strategies for national and international clients. Your focus will be on enhancing customer experience, loyalty, change management, and transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies
- Guide clients through change management and transformation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects, including CRM, loyalty programs, and marketing automation
- Provide expert advice and strengthen client relationships
- Support business development and participate in pitches
Qualifications:
- HBO/Higher Vocational Education degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch required)
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Experience with technology and data in the CX field
- Commercially driven with experience in business development
- Proven ability to manage and mentor team members
