We are seeking a Customer Strategy Lead in Richmond, VA to play a pivotal role managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives that will enable us to unlock value across several large customer segments in the Enterprise Sales team. The role will report directly to the VP, Enterprise Customer Strategy, Enterprise Sales.
The Customer Strategy Lead will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Enterprise Sales leadership team driving clarity, insight and action across the organization. They will lead initiatives that will shape the future of our business by identifying and evaluating new growth opportunities, analyzing emerging industry and business trends and translating data into strategic direction.
The role demands a sharp analytical mind, a bias for action and the ability to connect the dots across markets, customers, internal teams and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders. This person will need to be a change agent. They must be flexible and fluent in managing large-scale projects and programs and should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will regularly interact with senior leadership and across the team on matters concerning functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. They will be at the center of strategic decision making by designing and implementing initiatives that enhance our partnerships with our customers and advance our mission to deliver better care for all.
