Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist fluent in Flemish and English to join our team! This position includes paid relocation to the beautiful city of Sofia, Bulgaria, offering the chance to grow professionally while experiencing a new culture. As a Customer Success Specialist, your main responsibility will be to support our Flemish-speaking clients, helping them utilize our products and services effectively and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Flemish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Provide guidance to clients on using our products and services to achieve their business goals. Continuously monitor client progress and proactively suggest enhancements and solutions. Log all client interactions and feedback in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and drive customer advocacy. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing valuable insights with clients. Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also essential. Experience in customer success or a customer-facing role may be preferred. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Aptitude for understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions. Knowledge of CRM software and technological acumen. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving results. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment and culture.
