REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Previous customer service or sales experience in medical/dental/aesthetic or similar (minimum 2 years preferred)
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines
• Confidence and professionalism on the phone
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment

THE ROLE

As a Sales Executive at Truly Dental, you will be responsible for driving business growth and supporting our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to leads generated by our marketing team
• Managing and nurturing your own dedicated sales pipeline
• Consistently achieving sales targets set by management

• Adapting with flexibility to team and business needsFull time position 35 minimum hour per week
