Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded, product-savvy Customer Success Specialist to help onboard and support customers, ensure renewals and account health, and act as a trusted advisor across the customer journey. You’ll be deeply familiar with SignWell’s product, workflows, and customer use cases, acting as a go-to resource for everything from onboarding to light technical consultations.

This is not a traditional sales-heavy CS role. Instead, we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Proactive
  • Deeply product-oriented
  • Comfortable on calls
  • Able to handle onboarding, training, and light demos
  • Happy to jump into support when needed

  • Strong product adoption and usage health across assigned accounts
