We’re looking for you to join our team! 🚀 Your responsibilities: You develop a deep technical understanding of our product and become a key point of contact for our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle You take ownership and support our customers from onboarding onwards, helping them use Superchat successfully and solve challenges together You address our customers’ needs with empathy and expertise, advising them on new features, product updates, and how to achieve their goals with Superchat You gain a strong understanding of how customers use our product, actively collect feedback, and proactively contribute to the further development of our software You collaborate on cross-team projects that take our customer experience to the next level About you: You have recently completed your studies and ideally gained some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or a similar field During your studies, you preferably gained your first touchpoints in B2B or SaaS environments You bring a strong curiosity for tech and enjoy exploring new tools and systems You have strong English skills (native or near-native), both written and spoken German skills are a plus You work in a structured manner, take a high level of ownership, and stand out through strong organizational skills You have strong critical thinking skills that enable you to analyze complex situations and make well-founded decisions quickly and effectively You’re motivated to take Superchat to the next level - ready to learn, grow, and make an impact?
