As the first point of contact you will ensure that our client's needs are consistently exceeded. Your Skills: Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken French; Intermediate English skills. Communication Excellence: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused. Adaptability: Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach. Experience: Background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls Will be considered a plus: a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
