From global companies like Uber and Verizon to challenger brands like Poppi and Chamberlain Coffee, we help brands activate Gen Z talent and build long-term loyalty through on-campus and digital GIGs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own post-sale coordination and support for brand accounts, ensuring timely and consistent communication and clear understanding high level goals and KPI’s
  • Support onboarding of new brand clients and help them activate their GIG programs
  • Support on and answer customer questions, pain points and help them find success using the software, and with our community of Gen Z workers
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech) and brand clients to ensure alignment
  • Document best practices and support internal process improvements as we scale
