We’re now looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join our Berlin-based team and support our growing community of customers in Germany. This is a junior role, perfect for someone who wants to develop their commercial mindset and relationship-building skills while working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Assisting in the onboarding of new customers, making sure they feel supported and understand how NORNORM can transform their workspace.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their commercial mindset. Here’s what we’d love to see:

  • Some experience (internship, student job, or 1–2 years in a customer-facing or coordination role) – e.g., customer support, hospitality, sales, or similar.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Interest in learning how to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German (native or near-native) and English.
  • An organised and proactive approach – you’re good at following up and prioritising tasks.
  • A collaborative spirit and curiosity to learn new things quickly.
  • An interest in workspace design, circular economy, or real estate is a plus, but not required.
  • Location: Berlin-based or willing to relocate.
  • In-Office Collaboration: We have a prereference for office-first, as we believe it’s key for teamwork, energy, and building a great company together. That said, we’re also flexible and have a hybrid work mode — if you want or need to work from another location from time to time (like a long weekend in Mallorca), that’s totally fine. Just align with your manager and make sure the work gets done.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new customers, making sure they feel supported and understand how NORNORM can transform their workspace.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (like logistics, design, and sales) to ensure smooth delivery of services and that customers’ evolving needs are met.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to identify trends, support decision-making, and highlight upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and compliant customer lifecycle
  • Conducting regular follow-ups to check in on customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and potential needs for additional services.
  • Assisting with planning and organising on-site visits, workshops, and meetings with key customer stakeholders.
  • Helping to identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Contributing to process improvements that enhance the commercial impact of our customer success initiatives.
