Stellenbeschreibung ZUR POSITION: Die Rolle stärkt die Leistungsfähigkeit der Customer‑Success‑Organisation, indem sie Trainings, Coaching und strukturierte Arbeitsweisen bereitstellt, die direkt auf unsere Geschäftsziele einzahlen: höhere Kundenbindung, bessere Kundenzufriedenheit, effiziente Arbeitsweisen und profitables Wachstum. Die Person ist zentraler Partnerin für das DACH‑CS‑Team, verankert professionelle Standards („Ways of Working“), fördert ein modernes Mindset (Progress over Perfection, Ambition to Win, positive Feedbackkultur) und stellt sicher, dass Analytics, Service‑Model‑Prozesse und kundenzentriertes Arbeiten im Alltag konsequent angewendet werden. DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN: 1. Trainings & Enablement Konzeption, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainings, Workshops und Lernpfaden für das Customer‑Success‑Team (Präsenz und Remote). Bedarfsanalyse und Ableitung zielgerichteter Entwicklungsmaßnahmen zur Schließung von Kompetenz‑ und Wissenslücken. Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Nutzung der internen CS Academy. Sicherstellung von Lerntransfer, Follow‑Ups und Wirkungsmessung. Sicherstellung eines klaren, messbaren Arbeitsrhythmus (Regelmeetings, Reviews, Verantwortlichkeiten). 2. Coaching & Sparringspartner:in für das Team Individuelles und teambezogenes Coaching zur Stärkung fachlicher und methodischer Fähigkeiten. Sparring in Kundensituationen, strategischen Accounts und komplexen Projekten wie z.B. der Aktivierung des Service Models (objection handlings, etc.). Förderung eines modernen, konstruktiven Mindsets (z. B. positive Feedbackkultur, 80/20‑Prinzip, ambitioniertes aber pragmatisches Arbeiten). 3. Kultur & Teamperformance weiterentwickeln Förderung eines „Ambition to Win“-Mindsets sowie einer offenen, positiven und lernorientierten Teamkultur. Aufbau und Pflege gemeinsamer Wissensplattformen („Full View“), damit Spezialisierungswissen teamübergreifend verfügbar ist. Stärkung der Kundennähe („Customer Proximity“), auch durch Vor‑Ort‑Begleitung. 4. Governance, Struktur & Nachhalten Aufbau klarer Standards für Fortschrittsmessung, Qualität und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen. Unterstützung des Teams bei Follow‑ups zu Trainings, Maßnahmenplänen, Arbeitsstandards und Kundenaktivitäten. Sicherstellung einer sauberen, strukturierten Dokumentation. DEIN PROFIL: Fachliche Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Customer Success, Enablement, Learning & Development, Consulting oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle. Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und Coaching‑Formaten. Sicherer Umgang mit Analytics‑ und BI‑Tools sowie hohe Datenaffinität. Erfahrung in der Umsetzung strukturierter Arbeitsmethoden, idealerweise in CS‑ oder Service‑Organisationen. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel). Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse. Persönliche Kompetenzen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Moderationsfähigkeit. Klarer, strukturierter Arbeitsstil; hohe Zuverlässigkeit beim Nachhalten von Maßnahmen. Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Coaching‑Fähigkeit. Begeisterung für Weiterentwicklung und Wissensvermittlung.
