CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER/TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 300 million square meters!
As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll be a main technical point of contact for our clients . You’ll lead platform implementations, then provide subsequent training and support as needed. This is an important role to our growth that blends customer-facing and behind the scenes responsibilities.
Please note:
This role is based in our Singapore office and may require periodic travel and transporting of materials to client sites. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone with a Singapore driving license. Having your own car would be a bonus, but not a must have.
