Team: Customer Success / Solutions • Reports to: CTO
THE ROLE
You’ll be the technical front line for our customers—owning onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and value delivery. You’ll wire up APIs/Zapier/custom scripts, shape best practices, and partner with Product/Engineering to turn customer needs into roadmap impact. Our customers are in Europe and Asia; occasional late-evening coverage is expected to support those regions. Our tech team is distributed across Europe and Asia.
