Location: Remote (EMEA or APAC time zones)
Team: Customer Success / Solutions • Reports to: CTO

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You’ll be the technical front line for our customers—owning onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and value delivery. You’ll wire up APIs/Zapier/custom scripts, shape best practices, and partner with Product/Engineering to turn customer needs into roadmap impact. Our customers are in Europe and Asia; occasional late-evening coverage is expected to support those regions. Our tech team is distributed across Europe and Asia.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own technical onboarding : connect CRMs/data sources (Affinity, Pipedrive, Attio, Copper, etc), set up webhooks/SSO, validate data quality.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs, Zapier , and light custom code (Python/TypeScript/Node) when needed.
  • Troubleshoot & resolve issues end-to-end (auth, rate limits, mapping, data freshness); create clear runbooks and Looms.
  • Create dashboards/reports for customer usage patterns, pipeline health, and activity insights (SQL + a BI tool).
  • Proactively manage account health : telemetry, alerts, adoption playbooks, and executive-ready updates.
  • Close the loop with Product/Eng : capture VOC, write crisp tickets, test fixes, and contribute to documentation.
