ABOUT US:

Riverain Technologies is a medical device business offering ClearRead CT and ClearRead Xray solution suites that improve visibility of chest images, improve the detection of nodules, and optimize detection of cardiothoracic diseases. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team and ensure the success of our customers by providing expert training, support, and technical guidance.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Success Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the adoption of our AI software suite. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, technical proficiency, and customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate will deliver customer training, provide implementation support, troubleshoot CT nodule findings, and optimize clinical workflows. Additionally, this role involves working closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to enhance product performance and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong expertise in CT imaging with an understanding of different types of nodules (solid, partial, and ground glass nodules)
  • Previous experience as a CT technical specialist or CT clinical applications person.
  • Experience in customer training, implementation support, and clinical workflow optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams to provide technical expertise and demonstrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in a healthcare imaging environment with HL7, structured reports, and image workflow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot CT nodule issues effectively and, at times, work with engineering teams for resolution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 20% travel, with occasional travel outside the US).
Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer training sessions, ensuring users are proficient and confident in product usage.
  • Assist in developing self-paced training for Riverain products.
  • Provide implementation support and workflow recommendations during implementations to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as a clinical workflow specialist, analyzing and optimizing customer workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with sales teams as a technical sales architect, guiding pre-sales discussions and demonstrating product capabilities.
  • Conduct software product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Offer post-implementation support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Enhance the customer experience by promptly resolving customer inquiries and technical issues.
  • Install ClearRead solutions at customer sites.
  • Provide customer training as needed at customer sites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
