We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team and ensure the success of our customers by providing expert training, support, and technical guidance.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Success Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the adoption of our AI software suite. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, technical proficiency, and customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate will deliver customer training, provide implementation support, troubleshoot CT nodule findings, and optimize clinical workflows. Additionally, this role involves working closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to enhance product performance and customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
