THE CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER (CSE) JOB

    In this role, you’ll work directly with our sales team, product owner, engineers, VP of customer success and our CEO to empower customers to do their best work.

Here’s approximately how you’ll spend your time:

  • 25% providing implementation support to prospects, new customers and new partners
  • 25% providing engineering support to current customers and partners
  • 20% recreating customer issues, validating bugs and finding solutions
  • 15% providing support to the sales team to scope technical needs
  • 10% technical writing and developing processes and procedures for customers
  • 5% use AI tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and team workflows

We are looking for a skilled software engineer who can run, modify, and enhance test projects to solve technical challenges for all our customers. In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding new customers and troubleshooting issues for customers, ensuring they can use our technology successfully and efficiently. You’ll work directly with clients to recreate issues, validate bugs, and deliver effective solutions. Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical users are essential. Experience with Salesforce development is a plus, but not required. Personality, humility, and tact will help you thrive and make a lasting impact here.
