Join CV-Library as a Customer Success Executive (Client Campaign Executive), where you will be at the forefront of our mission to help the world to work. In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with Advertising Agencies and their clients offering excellent customer service upon every interaction. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Building strong relationships with new and existing Advertising Agencies and end users. Ensuring they are utilising their account and adding value maximise their satisfaction. Creating accounts and company profiles for new clients brought on via the Sales Team. Running training demonstrations to showcase new features and enhancements Posting & optimising job vacancies, CV searches, creating Watchdogs and other tasks to ensure full utilisation of a campaign/account. Regular contact with end clients if required in accordance with the CRC Promise. Producing stats and data insights for clients and colleagues. Recognising upsell opportunities and communicating this to the Sales Rep. Supporting all Sales Representatives within the Ad Agency Sales Team.
