OVERVIEW:

PMA have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join their customer success executive team. As the demand for PMA services grows, we are looking for the right person to join our team and be passionate about developing people,
The PMA delivers a comprehensive portfolio of workshops learning opportunities and formal education programmes through generic pipelines or apprenticeship recruit
We work with a range of public and private sector clients across the UK to train new and existing staff through apprenticeships

· Monday to Friday no weekend work

EDUCATION

· GCSE or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

· One year required in administration
· One year required in Microsoft Office
· One year preferred in customer service

Responsibilities

· Learner enrolment apprenticeship.
· Data input: PMA platforms and learning management systems.
· Liaising with external clients, employers, learners, and potential clients with appropriate information, advice, guidance and support.
· Completing PMA paperwork to ensure an effective audit trail.
· Maintaining SharePoint with up-to-date information.
· Following PMA policies and procedures to meet expectations and requirements of the organisation.
· Pre-vet CVs, complete screening calls and arrange interviews for our apprenticeship recruit
