Title: Customer Success Executive
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. You’ll be the point of contact for our customers, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally, while also supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer records for tier 2 & 3 Enterprise accounts.
  • Assist with booking in/ out and ensuring records with the warehouse are up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Assist with coordination between internal departments to resolve customer needs.
  • Support ad hoc projects and office tasks as and when required.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer success or account management role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in SAP or other ERP systems, desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with purchase orders or order processing is desirable.
  • Commercially focused
