Customer Success Executive role available for a growing software business based in Southport. The role will see you supporting a range of clients to resolve issues that they have with the platform or understanding how it works.
The business are in an exciting phase of growth and there are plenty of opportunities to progress within this business.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients so experience in phone based customer support/Account Management/Sales is needed. You must have also must have worked in a B2B environment.
You must also be able to work from the office, based in or near Southport and have full right to work in the UK.
The salary for this Customer Success Executive role is £28,000 plus a £4,000 bonus on top.
