About the role We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to serve as the operational "pilot" of our campaigns and client partnerships. In this role, you will bridge the gap between partnership management and campaign delivery, ensuring seamless execution, flawless data accuracy, and robust fiscal health. You will be the operational backbone of our team managing workflows, optimizing processes, and transforming ground-level client feedback into strategic product advancements. What you'll do 1. Campaign Performance & Data Integrity Proactive Alignment: Maintain constant, proactive communication between partnerships managers and campaign delivery teams so all stakeholders are automatically aligned on Media Plans versus actual delivery. Campaign Piloting: Monitor campaign pacing meticulously to flag and correct under- or over-spending before they become issues. Flawless Reporting: Ensure absolute accuracy, numerical precision, and brand consistency across all reporting materials, delivering client-ready reports that require zero revisions. Fiscal Health: Maintain precise revenue forecasting to give leadership the confidence to make critical hiring and resource allocation decisions. 2. Product & Process Optimization Workspace Efficiency: Organize and maintain client success cases within the company Drive, ensuring a highly structured, accessible virtual workspace for the whole team. Feedback Loop: Systematically collect and communicate market feedback and client needs to the Line Manager to drive strategic enhancements to Tangoo’s core offering. Traceability: Utilize internal company tools (CRM, Programmatic Platforms, etc.) to guarantee a complete audit trail and zero information gaps. 3. People & Execution Support Task Management: Serve as the central operational focal point, accurately opening, documenting, and assigning tasks to internal teams (like the Media Team) on the first attempt. Process Improvement: Actively identify bottlenecks, execution inefficiencies, or potential errors from other teams, proposing immediate, proactive solutions. Knowledge Sharing: Support partnerships managers by sharing operational best practices and helping colleagues navigate complex processes. Qualifications Programmatic Expertise: Strong ability to understand and navigate programmatic platforms (RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers) and digital advertising metrics/dimensions. Data & Analytics: Proven experience handling large data sets, analyzing the performance contribution of various marketing channels, and generating highly accurate spreadsheets and presentations. Eagle-Eye Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on numerical accuracy and graphical consistency. Organization & Autonomy: Strong organizational skills for managing digital files and structuring complex workflows, paired with a highly autonomous approach to catching and correcting discrepancies early. Problem-Solving & Agility: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities within a fast-paced environment
