Actively communicate with the customers and keep them updated throughout the process. Get testimonials and reviews after the order is fulfilled. Get referrals so we can sell to their contacts/friends. Identify corporate sales opportunities. What are we looking for: English: native speaker or near-native fluency. Relevant experience interacting with demanding customers, either in sales or customer support. Doer: perfect is the enemy of good. Positive mindset: when a problem arises, always focus on how to solve it. We don’t want that person that has a problem for every solution. People’s person: needs to be eager to talk to the customers. If the candidate doesn’t like speaking on the phone, it’s a non-starter. Self organized and self managed: the ideal candidate documents their learnings, manages their own agenda, keeps track of KPIs and goals. Name your salary: You’ll earn based on the impact you make in the company, and the complexity of the challenges you can take on. Stock vesting after month 12 if you prove you add substantial value to the company. Freedom: flexible hours and work from anywhere. 3 weeks off + US holidays.
