Overview The key responsibility of Customer Success Finance Manager is to drive Area Revenue growth for Unified/Support Business leveraging market insights, propensity models and partnering closely with Business on landing Corp strategy into actionable plans. Responsibilities Drive Azure consumption growth strategy with Customer Success organization, Support focus areas, such as Unified, Commercial attach and whitespace opportunities Deep insights on Commit to Complete & pipe Generation by CSAMs Drive insights on consumption (MACC/ACR, usage), optimization/churn analysis and support account-level action plans on consumption Partner with Segments to drive conversations on Cloud Consumption, Deal Economics Drive productivity insights for CSU resources including Capacity Utilization for meeting customer obligations Lead Azure Committed Pipe Forecast assumptions and Support Budget and Forecast Usage Insights across SAs - MW including Co Pilot , Security Co Pilot Biz Apps and AOAI Support revenue - ensure right sizing & drive enhanced Solutions by SA to drive AOAI/Copilot; UCR target and insights - Drive Unified Yield Lead ECIF yield insights to drive profitable Azure growth for the business- Track and Review ACR progress Support Simplification on Budget & Forecast centralization & field reporting standardization Support business partners on Compliance matters Key metrics: Azure Committed Pipe $ and close velocity, Support, Cost of Consumption %, Discount Critical Indicators of Success CSU productivity metrics, particularly as it relates to consumption/cost of consumption ECIF Yield reviews and progress Consumption (ACR, Teams MAU, D365 MAU, Co pilot) Digital Transformation Deal Economics, partnering with Segment Fin Mgrs Support commercial attach Azure Committed pipe and Support Forecast Accuracy Compliance Excellence – PRM, Deal reviews, Rev Rec Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. Analytical mindset and passion for process excellence. Demonstration of people leadership and business partnering capabilities Fluent in English.
