Description

The Customer Success & Inventory Manager - CSIM / Enterprise Partner Support is responsible for managing institutional client relationships while ensuring the accuracy and optimization of real estate inventory. This role bridges customer success, inventory management, and operational efficiency, ensuring that clients maximize their engagement with Keyper’s platform while maintaining an up-to-date, high-performing property database.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and customer-focused, ensuring both client satisfaction and real estate asset utilization are maximized.
It is a pivotal role focused on driving the success and growth of Keyper’s institutional accounts and strategic partners. This hybrid position blends customer support, account management, partner support, and conversion/sales operations to ensure data integrity, promote platform adoption, and unlock commercial opportunities. As the primary point of contact for both enterprise clients and partners, you will ensure they receive exceptional support, are well-versed in our digital payment management solutions, and are positioned for conversion into fully managed accounts.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Real Estate Inventory Management are a plus.

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, real estate inventory management, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of real estate CRM systems, digital payment solutions, and property management platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Customer-focused with exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize inventory performance.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
