We're Hiring: Customer Success Lead

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving customer success, and helping businesses achieve measurable growth?

We are looking for a Customer Success Lead to join a fast-growing AI-powered B2B SaaS company transforming the way modern retail businesses grow globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage customer relationships across SaaS and high-touch accounts
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion
• Act as a strategic advisor to customers and help them achieve their business goals
• Lead customer reviews and provide actionable growth recommendations
• Identify expansion opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships
• Develop and improve customer success processes and playbooks
• Track customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, Brand Management, or Retail/Wholesale
• Experience working with consumer brands, retail, wholesale, or distribution is highly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with technology platforms and AI-powered tools
• Strong ownership mindset with a passion for customer growth

Location:

Dubai preferred (Remote options available for suitable candidates)
