In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and internal teams—managing project updates, handling inbound and outbound communication, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities: * Primary point of contact for customers though the life cycle of their project * Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm * Provide ongoing project updates and support to customers * Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and manage reputation-related feedback * Use CRM software (preferably Lead Perfection) to track customer progress * Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks * Solve issues proactively and follow up to ensure successful resolutions * Collect customer reviews to support reputation management * Take final payment after project is complete Qualifications: * A positive, upbeat attitude and love for helping people * Prior experience in windows, doors, construction, or related trades is preferred. * Keen attention to detail * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset * Proficiency in computer systems and CRM platforms (Lead Perfection experience a big plus) * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate with multiple departments * Bilingual is a plus but not required   What We Offer: * Weekly Pay * Health, Dental, Vision Benefits after 90 days * 401K and PTO available * Advancement opportunities * Fun, collaborative team work environment * No weekends * Bonus opportunities  * Full Time (Day shift) Pay: $20-$23/Hour + Bonus
