C.H. Robinson is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) 4PL division in Dubai. In this role, you’ll take ownership of one of our key global accounts, driving growth, strengthening the partnership, and ensuring our customer gains maximum value from our technology, expertise, and service offering. You’ll be the strategic connection between the customer and CHR, helping shape solutions, expand our impact, and ensure long‑term success. As the primary point of accountability, you will build strong, trust‑based relationships, influence executive‑level stakeholders, and lead initiatives that create measurable value. Your ability to align vision, anticipate needs, and advocate for the customer will be central to the success of this partnership. Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Manage full P&L for a major global account. Oversee financial performance, including expenses and revenue forecasting. Allocate resources effectively and design supply chain solutions based on customer needs. Champion the enterprise technical and operational capabilities to customer goals and requirements Develop collaborative strategic plan reflecting both the customer and C.H. Robinson’s visions Align internal and external business functions across all global regions to support long term strategic plan Lead initiatives and manage projects to support customer value proposition Build trusted relationships with executive level customer contacts and serve as an escalation point Understand industry and market trends and apply to customer strategy and business reviews Provide guidance and mentoring to the Service Delivery teams Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and a growth mindset. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of similar experience within logistics or supply chain environment.
