As we continue expanding across the U.S. and globally, AIRS Medical remains committed to advancing AI and robotics innovations that enhance patient care, support healthcare professionals, and redefine diagnostic efficiency. 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Adoption Support new customer onboarding and implementation processes to ensure successful product adoption. Understand customer workflows, operational environments, and business objectives. Guide customers through the early stages of product deployment and utilization. Proactively address customer questions and operational challenges. Customer Success & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Monitor customer usage, engagement, and operational success. Understand customer goals and provide recommendations to maximize product value. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ongoing support. Issue Resolution & Cross-functional Collaboration Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported operational and technical issues. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues. Collect, organize, and communicate customer feedback and field insights to internal stakeholders. Track issue resolution and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Customer Education & Enablement Deliver product training and operational guidance to customers and partners. Create and improve customer-facing documentation, FAQs, and support materials. Educate customers on product updates, best practices, and workflow optimization. Global Technical Support (SwiftMR) Support SwiftMR installation and integration within MRI and hospital IT environments. Assist with system configuration, validation, and operational readiness. Provide remote and on-site technical support for international customers. Partner with radiology professionals and clinical users to optimize protocol configurations and parameter settings. Investigate and resolve MRI image quality and system performance issues. 📌 QualificationsRequired Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Clinical Applications, Field Service, Healthcare IT, or a related role. Understanding of MRI protocols, workflows, and parameter settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions. Basic technical knowledge of healthcare IT systems and medical device environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to support global customers across different time zones and travel internationally when needed. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physics, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field. Experience as an MRI Application Specialist or MRI Technologist. Experience supporting international customers in English-speaking environments. Experience as a Field Engineer for medical devices or healthcare technology solutions. Familiarity with MRI systems, DICOM, PACS, and medical imaging workflows. Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.
