We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our ARIS team in Netherlands.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across our customer base to ensure they realize the full value of our solutions. Partnering with cross-functional teams within ARIS, you will lead the post-sales experience for a defined portfolio of clients. Your efforts will support customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success - contributing directly to retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Additionally, you’ll play an important part in shaping and advancing the evolving Customer Success practice at ARIS.
