Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. By building strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identifying and addressing customer needs, you will directly contribute to both our clients’ and our company’s ongoing success. Your commitment to excellent account management and outstanding customer experiences will help minimize churn and establish you as a strategic, trusted partner throughout the customer journey.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the responsibility for the Dutch speaking midmarket customer renewals and drive product expansion to ensure customers gain maximum value from their investment.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring they make the most of our services to achieve outstanding results.
  • Partner with C-level stakeholders, helping them translate their vision into reality by defining a business roadmap that supports their long-term goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the common business challenges our customers face and align our product features and business benefits to address those needs effectively.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer success by implementing tailored risk management plans.
  • Strive for full utilization of customer licenses, identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with Sales to expand our presence and value within each account.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to the strategic development of our clients’ businesses.
