We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can bring structure, clarity, and impact to our customer success function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from kick-off to delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans across internal teams. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Establish processes, tools, and documentation to bring structure and efficiency to the customer success function. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or upselling. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, process-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across teams. Based in Karachi, Pakistan (preferred).
