Five Star Bath Solutions of Connecticut is a franchise backed by Five Star Franchising, a proven national brand. We are seeking an home improvement appointment setter and call confirmer to grow our local operation.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for setting and confirming appointments, following corporate guidelines and scripts, and implementing our proven system in your local market. This is a key role that directly impacts our sales team’s success and overall customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of experience in home improvement appointment setting, call confirmation, collections background, or related
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to follow a proven process and take coaching
  • Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, or call tracking software is a plus
