ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:

  • Background in pharmacy (dispensing, operations or technology); GPhC registration or equivalent desirable
  • Experience in managing a team (e.g. training, onboarding, customer success) in a pharmacy, SaaS, or healthcare setting
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, clinical services, and NHS priorities
  • Analytical mindset, confident using data to demonstrate impact and recommend solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and drive success across varying pharmacy types

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Specialists (Trainers) and serve as a strategic partner to our pharmacy clients. Your mission is to ensure that every customer realises the full value of our solutions, from seamless onboarding through to long-term business impact.
You will be responsible not only for driving customer satisfaction and retention but also for coaching and supporting your team to deliver exceptional training, proactive engagement, and scalable customer success initiatives.
