SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years experience in a Customer Service, Account Executive, Account Manager or Renewals role, or similar.
  • Experience liaising with customers over the phone & F2F, with excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving focused.
  • Commercially astute to ensure you drive success with new Customers.
  • Own Car, and a full driving license [Expenses paid in full].
Responsibilities
  • Established trusted relationships with the customers (i.e. schools and other educational facilities).
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with promptly, effectively and completely.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring renewals and continued business.
  • Regularly meet customers face to face (1 day travel per week)
  • Log calls, issues, renewal etc. with the company CRM.
