Responsibilities

In this role you will be the primary partner for our mid-market customers, ensuring they adopt our platform, realise value fast, renew successfully and grow over time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own a portfolio of accounts, managing their onboarding, providing user training and handling their renewal
  • Focus on retention by driving product adoption, understanding and supporting their workflow, and identifying churn risks early
  • Proactively uncover upsell opportunities and partner with the relevant Key Account Manager to close them
  • Use Planhat to monitor customer health and prioritise customer interventions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Be a customer advocate internally, sharing insights that help improve the product and roadmap
