Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Creatify.AI’s platform. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to onboard, retain, and grow our customer base. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives on building relationships and driving customer outcomes, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new customers through seamless onboarding, ensuring they understand and leverage our platform effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Creatify.AI.
  • Retention & Expansion: Drive high retention rates and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals.
  • Proactive Engagement: Monitor customer health, anticipate risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer insights to Product and Marketing teams to shape future improvements.
  • Success Planning: Develop customized success plans to align our solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Advocacy & Community: Encourage customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
