As our Customer Success Manager DACH, you will play a key role in the entire customer journey, assisting in the implementation of our solution and ensuring that your customers continue to benefit from it, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion. Moreover, since you will be the voice of the customer within our company, you’ll make a crucial contribution to the further development of the Peripass solution.
