POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Success Manager at Diligent, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding clients through their journey with our solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring smooth transitions to updated products while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Your role is central to preserving revenue and building lasting relationships, with success measured by metrics like NPS, referrals, and product usage.
As the main point of contact, you’ll lead day-to-day account management and collaborate across teams to support onboarding, training, and ongoing success. It’s about helping our customers thrive, and making the experience rewarding for everyone involved.
