OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dynamic, customer-centric professional to drive success for our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

EXPANSION AND EDUCATION

  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value, leading to upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Become an expert on Eagle Eye Networks products and services. Educate customers on the use and benefits of our products.
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum (Business, Communications, or related field preferred);
  • 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or related role;
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in Swedish and English, capable of building relationships at all levels;
  • Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player;
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset;
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills;
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about cloud-based solutions and SaaS products;
  • Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize;
