Description

Customer Success Manager will drive the achievement of our sales targets in Norway, as well as in additional regions. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills, along with an in-depth understanding of Enghouse Locus products, particularly those tailored to the public safety sector (including Police, Fire Brigades, and Healthcare). This is a hybrid role, and the person will be required to visit clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Having affinity and domain knowledge of the public safety vertical
  • Proven experience in sales process and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Enghouse Telexis products and services (training will be provided).
  • Excellent in using CRM tools
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
