We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region to be a pivotal force in driving customer value, fostering deep partnerships, and ensuring the long-term success of our valued clients, particularly those with on-premises environments. This is a customer-facing role and an opportunity to be a strategic consultant, a trusted advisor, and a passionate advocate for our customers’ data-driven ambitions. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from initial engagement to realizing significant and measurable business impact with Exasol. Your experience with on-premises infrastructure software will be crucial in understanding and addressing the unique needs of this segment, and your ability to identify and lead sell opportunities will directly contribute to our growth within the EMEA market.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Deep understanding of the data ecosystem and proven experience with on-premises infrastructure software.
  • Track record of identifying and leading sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with critical systems and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and drive strategic action.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and prioritize effectively.
  • Language Requirements: fluent German and professional English proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with MPP databases and/or ETL tools.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies.
  • Customer Success Experience in previous companies
    Location: This role is open to candidates located within the EMEA region. If the successful candidate resides outside of Germany, Spain, or the United Kingdom, their employment will be facilitated through an Employer of Record (EOR) service.

  • Fuel growth: Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities in partnership with sales.
  • Cultivate a community: Engage customers through events and shared learning.
