Customer Service Manager - Boat and RV Retail
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in the boat and RV retail industry. You’ll oversee customer interactions, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Leadership: Lead and coach the customer service team to deliver exceptional service to boat and RV customers.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Service Standards: Develop and maintain high standards for customer service across all interactions.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in service, sales, and operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Ensure customer service team members receive necessary training for excellent service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in customer service management, preferably in boat/RV retail or similar industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Leadership: Experience leading and motivating a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of boats/RVs and their maintenance or sales.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Working Conditions
- Position based in a boat and RV retail location.
- May require occasional evenings or weekends for customer interactions or team meetings.
