We’re currently looking for motivated and proactive Customer Success Managers to join our fantastic team, in the cyber security sector.
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building effective relationships with current customers building the account by cross and up selling opportunities. This will be accomplished by delivering a great customer experience and maximising the use of our products.
The CSM is responsible for managing the onboarding of new customers, the renewal process, and proactively driving customer referrals, including initiation of case studies and testimonials from delighted and healthy clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communications
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Strong collaborative and team work skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email and video conferencing

Responsibilities
  • Forge relationships with new customers and understand their objectives
